SWEET POTATO & CORIANDER PURÉE
An easy recipe to introduce solid food into your baby's nutrition. A healthy meal containing complex carbs, healthy fats and importantly too: flavours!
Place sweet potato in a steamer or a small pot with 2-4 cm of boiling water. Steam for 15 minutes or until soft.
Once cooled, blend into puree with coriander and ghee. Thin out with vegetable broth or bone broth.
Storage: Sealed in air tight container, in fridge up to 2 days and in freezer up to 3 months.
Other combinations: Sweet potato with apple, chicken, lentils, pumpkin, butternut squash, spinach or kale.
