SWEET POTATO & CORIANDER PURÉE
An easy recipe to introduce solid food into your baby's nutrition. A healthy meal containing complex carbs, healthy fats and importantly too: flavours!

Instructions
  1. Place sweet potato in a steamer or a small pot with 2-4 cm of boiling water. Steam for 15 minutes or until soft.
  2. Once cooled, blend into puree with coriander and ghee. Thin out with vegetable broth or bone broth.
  3. Storage: Sealed in air tight container, in fridge up to 2 days and in freezer up to 3 months.
  4. Other combinations: Sweet potato with apple, chicken, lentils, pumpkin, butternut squash, spinach or kale.
Recipe Notes

We recommend to make your own vegetable broth or bone broth.  If you don't have that on hand, we would like to recommend checking Genius Bar, a new bone broth bar in Bangkok.
